Happy Birthday
Today, 11th September 2023, marks 100 years since Cambridge Rugby Club was formed in “Bunty’s Cafe”.
If we described a rugby season as closing “in a very satisfactory manner” you’d think we were describing last season’s heroics, winning the final 10 matches to take the league title on the final weekend. But actually, this is the conclusion from our first-ever rugby season, as chronicled in the fantastically named Cambridge Rugger Review.
