Our year-long partnership with the British Heart Foundation begins in earnest this Saturday. In addition to an auction of signed player-worn BHF t-shirts and a signed Cambridge Rugby shirt, there will be a BHF presence on site to either collect donations of money or small items, and to point you in the direction of how and what you can donate in-store or at the Club. They will be very pleased to arrange bookings to collect larger items! The Club will have some donation bins on site soon…

Here is a list of the sort of items that the British Heart Foundation would be very pleased to receive.

Items we can accept:

  • Furniture – for example: sofas, bedroom furniture, dining tables and chairs. All upholstered furniture must have fire labels.
  • Electricals – for example: TVs, washing machines, fridges.
  • Small electricals – for example: home audio and visual, home appliances.
  • Technology – for example: phones, tablets, PCs and laptops. Find out how to get your phone or tablet ready for donation.
  • Clothing -for example: womenswear, menswear, children’s (including shoes).
  • Accessories – for example: jewellery, watches, handbags, purses and wallets.
  • Books -for example: comics, antiques, fiction and non-fiction, children’s books.
  • Musical instruments – for example: guitars, keyboards, trumpets.
  • Entertainment – for example: video games, vinyl, games consoles, toys and games.
