Cambridge Rugby is delighted to announce that Craig Newby has been appointed as the club’s new Head Coach, taking up the position from 1st May 2025.

“We are excited to bring Craig back to Cambridge, we have tracked his development and progression over the last ten years, and we look forward to welcoming him back to the club”, says Rowland Winter, Chief Operating Officer.

“Craig’s drive and passion as a coach is infectious, and we feel that he shares the same values and goals as we do as a club. It is an exciting time for Cambridge Rugby, as we drive forward and build a new squad, led by Craig and a new coaching team.”
